As can be clearly seen here, the construction exists of
three wooden dowels. Another remarkable thing is
that the soundbox has been finished with lacquer
before the neck has been attached. Probably in favour
of speeding up the construction process.
This is the new construction and it can be
done from the inside of the guitar. But you
have to remove the fingerboard from the
soundboard as well.
It is obvious that there is no gluing surface for
a proper mounting on the heel.
